Dr. Tcp is also a good pinger, helped with mine, but then sometimes it doesnt help but it can be the website, maybe it dont have enough bandwith.

it would probably be easier to run a search through google and find info....by the way this thread is going, i dont think that anyone else has netzero.

i use a local server...same price, unlimited time, no problems. i am so very happy...i could suckle on my feet.

I never had that problem with aol recently but used to. I found some stay connected programs at cnet. They keep me on a little longer I think, but not all the time.  Does juno do this to? Aol waived my fees each month when I would call to cancel for about a year.
