check your connection settings in firefox by going to tools>options>connection settings and make sure it says directly connect to internet. I would also check to make sure your firewall isnt blocking firefox you may need to add it to the list of exceptions.

I meant FireFox 7   I just tried again and I get a blank page with an hour glass.
And yet I can get on IE, Thanks any kind of help I would

I have been trying to use the browser Mozilla FireFox 7
I cannot use it, I get a blank page. Can you tell me please
