If you can't resolve the clock problem there is a free program called atomic clock sync that will adjust your puter clock to the correct time. Not sure if they will delete the link but you can get it at: worldtimeserver.com. If the link is deleted just do a google search for atomic clock sync. It has wprked very well for me for years now. Good luck!

don't know if this is the right forum to ask A  question but here goes my puters clock keeps loosing time
it stays 15 min fast  I keep setting time but it gets 15 min fast all the time thanks for any help
