Go to www.corel.com and check out Paint Shop Pro X.

I believe it is free for 30 days. I also use this program.

thank you, i have webshots already, mainly i want to learn how to make my own blinkies, i appreciate your fed back though, i will keep on searching for a program if there is one. thanks again night O0 <O>

does anyone know of any good programs that i could get or buy to make my own blinkies,screensavers, and desktop backgrounds? :/\
