Ingredients

1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
3 tart apples\cooked, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 Tbsps. unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces
1/4 cup apricot jam
2 cups lowfat vanilla yogurt (optional)



Instructions

Preheat oven to temperature 400°F. Using a rolling pin, on a lightly floured work surface, roll out puff pastry sheet to 1/8 inch thickness. Place on a large baking sheet. Arrange apples over pastry sheet. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Sprinkle over apples and dot with butter. Bake 25 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. Heat jam in a small saucepan over low heat. Brush hot tart with melted jam and serve with vanilla yogurt, if desired.
