To start a new topic you need to go to http://www.pogocheats.net/forum/index.php Pick the section you need the post listed in Example CLUB POGO click on that. You will see the page numbers on the LEFT and on the RIGHT you will see
MARK READ/NEW TOPIC click on New topic.

I'm not sure, but try logging out of the forum and logging back in. That's what I had to do.
