I got an email in response to my request and it was the same code I had been sent before. I put it back in and it works again! So, from what you 2 are telling me, if it happens again, I just put back the same code?  Ok, that's cool.

If your registration code remained the same then yes the old password will still work.

I purchased Barnstormer at the end of July. It was fine til 1st week of August. It said Free Use 0%. I got a new registration password and it was working fine until today. It now says Free Use 67%.

I sent all the information again, and based on the quick response I received the first time, I have no worry that this will be resolved.

But I'm concerned that this happened again. Does anyone know why?

Thank you.
