i have the 2.0 and it works great it has some time pass a puzzel but it does a 90% good i have turn doen the auto sometimes and it goes throught all the puzzel try slowing it done on med screen size 1024x768 hope that help some

yes it does take longer but i would rather it take longer then keep losing the frame

change your screen resolution to 1024x768
You will have better luck with jigsaw detector  also make sure your playing on medium puzzles on the game

     1.) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)?
     2.) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)?
     3.) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)?
     4.) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)?
     5.) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked?
     6.) What Java you are using?
     7.) What agent are you using?
     8.) What version number is this agent?
     9.) What specifically is the problem?

Can anyone help please. Sherlock puts the pieces in the right hand bottom corner and nothing else and detector does the outside and a couple of bits in the middle and stops,

     8.) What version number is this agent? 2.1
     9.) What specifically is the problem? puts all th pieces in the right hand bottom corner and doesn't finish the puzzle
