hi the best thing to do is evwery time ypu get a pawwrord save it to a file this way
you could just go back and oen it up and use it again

See, thats really weird. Cause I did an update for Gin a while ago and then it kept the reg fine. It wasnt until like a week later or something when it lost it. But right after, it was working great. Go figure.

I wish I had some tips for you but I have never experienced this problem myself. My autos always stay registered. maybe I'm special. :P

yeah today i try to use the autos for this week badges, and it says i need to register them and i have before.  It seems like every time they do an update i lose my access.  Homer do you have any tips??

Well, now all five of my autos have lost their reg. I'm gonna try uninstalling and reinstalling them on a non-C: drive if I can. Maybe then, if it is a Windows problem, it wont mess with the other drives.  Figures that this weeks challenge is FCS. I just finished that game.  (O+O)  I'm gonna try asking for that key again, and we'll see what happens. I have no problem asking for keys for the programs I bought, but I hate asking for keys for the programs I won. Makes me feel like an ingrate.  :-\

i have the same problame!!  I will work for a while then it will say i need to rerigister.  Usually i email badgehelp and i get my codes right a away.  yesterday the asked for my receipt, no Problem, i saved it and sent it.  Then i was told that bloop and shuffle were not a part of my 150 club, i didnt understand i didnt ask for them they were after i bought my package, then i was told that i should already have these codes, so i tried to explain what was happen with my computer and still havent heard back.  Ive never had a problem with badgehelp before.   <O>

My computer lost 2 last week as well.  Sometimes it happens when I get the latest version of an auto.  However, the code is replaced very quickly - and I really can't complain since playing the game by hand takes much longer than waiting for the new code.

Yes I agree, I was just doing my cribbage badge then the auto said I had to register ( I have had it registered for ages) now I put the reg code in and it wont accept it. I hate cribbage :'(( :'(( :'((

Hard to say what could cause it. I have never experienced this myself but I imagine doing system restores could cause this to happen. It's hard to say for sure.

I'm having a very weird issue. I have Solo (for 1st class sol.), Backspin (for Pogo Bowl), YUIOP (for QWERTY), DoubleOrNothing (for backgammon), and SneakyTiki (for Jungle Gin). So far over the past month or so Solo, Backspin, YUIOP, and SneakyTiki have all lost there registrationsfor some reason. Not only did they lose their registrations, but the registeration code actually changed. I emailed BadgeHelp and they gave me new keys and all, but is there any way to pervent this from happening? I'd hate to have to email BadgeHelp every month or so for new keys...
