If you haven't already done so, I suggest that you click the " help" button on your Pogo home page, and contact Pogo/EA via their menu format.

I know that they responded to me much quicker when I used what they consider to be the proper format rather than sending an email. JMO, but if you haven't already, you might benefit from using the Help site. :)

I E-Mailed Pogo Support 5 days ago and they still haven't contacted me. Anyone else ever have this problem?
