Stupid me!!  Got an update notice today and did it--now I have IE 7 and I hate the top tool bar!!  Also I can see the chat in Pogo but I do not have a box to type in to chat.  No matter what I do I can't get the little box back.  any ideas?  I don't think that I am smart enough to get IE 7 out and if it is true that we will have to have it soon, whats the point?  I just have to get used to it and learn not to chat I guess.  Did this happen to anyone else with the chat box?  I don't chat much but do like to say ty and gl once in a while so people don't think that uncle is working!! LOL

You don't have to update it in your windows update. Just click "custom" and pick what you want to download. I'm won't be downloading it anytime soon. I have it checked not to show it to me again.  :pp

You can also go in your control panel look for add or remove programs and you can uninstall it from there too. I had to do this because system restore did not do the trick.

How do I know which IE I have?

I did a quick google search and most people are doing sysytem restores to get back IE6. Microsoft is including IE7 in their windows updates so at some point people are going to have to get used to it because they will stop supporting IE6 at some point and you will no longer be able to get critical updates for that version of the browser.
