I think they are nice tv's but I've heard that if you purchase a plasma tv, you better have a big space to view it, as it's not a tv for small spaces. I can't explain to you why, but all I know is that it is recommanded for huge living spaces. Sumthing to do with the picture quality and ur vision. All I know.....hope u enjoy it thou. Just becareful okies

Gawd I am so out of touch with the world. My old TV I bought in 1988 died. It was a 36 inch and very reliable but after so much use it just passed. So off I went to the electronics store for a new one. And oh my TVs dont look like TVS anymore. I now have a 37" that looks like a picture frame.  I could pick it up. It is something called plasma whatever that is. Picture looked good in the store.  SO would someone tell me if plasma is good or not.  I got to get out more and see what is happening
