Provide the answers to the following questions.

     1.) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)?
     2.) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)?
     3.) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)?
     4.) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)?
     5.) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked?
     6.) What Java you are using?
     7.) What agent are you using?
     8.) What version number is this agent?
     9.) What specifically is the problem?

i am using the newest version, i just got it today.  i will try and slow it down and see how that does.  thanks for the responses.

I'm still using 1.2 and have not had any problems but then I don't watch it play either.

try slowing down the cheat a little....that works for me

ps I also play on hard and slow it down 3/4 of the way

I dont know what the deal is with this program.  I actually paid for this and it is working worth a darn.  I will get the spi and then it restarts the program.  Other times, it will get spins and then loses the game and i lose all my letters.  this is getting very very frustrating.  I can play the game on my own better than this cheat is doing.
