hi qq35 you have to clear your cache and delete yhour cookies and temp files and go to control panel
if you have windows xp switch to classic view open your java control panel and delete cookies their
too after you have done this reboot your system and go to badgehelp and re-download  ver 2.4
and i bet it will be their after you do all of this

No it does not work on hard Med is what badgehelp
tells you to use  ::) I do hope they get hard to work soon.

Can any one please tell me what is wrong with Sherlock?
I did the upgrade to 2.4 The puzzle brings the pieces all to the lower right hand corner, But that is it  > It just stops and brings me to another puzzle over and over.  I am using IE 7 my settings are all correct
1024-768      32 bit,   unchecked smooth edge, Sunjava 1.5.0_06 ,  winxp2
please help
