I just bought a new computer and downloaded the programs onto it and was trying to get registration codes for them.  When I click on the program get an error code that states "Cannot create file C:\T.Bmp" and then I get a message that whichever program it is now has to close do I want to report it to microsoft.  Can anyone please help me with these problems so that I can get other computer set up.
