First of all, all of my settings are correct it worked fine last week. This week I turned it on to do the Mix and Match Badges and it is doing this. Everytime it starts a game it either puts a piece in the wrong place and restarts and when it restarts it still has the pieces from the last puzzle on the edges and does nothing. And, the other is it has no pieces at all. I have cleaned out all my internet files and cleared java and it is still doing this. Is anyone else having this problem and what can I do about it Thanks Teresa
