Delete the file reboot your pc and redownload again from www.badgehelp.com

last night i upgraded my internet explorer to 7.0.  of course my cheats had to be upgraded.  ofter re-installing, two of my programs work perfectly, however, pop phooey, upon trying to open, gives me this error message:
...PopPhooey.exe is not a valid Win32 application

help please

what do i need to do to correct this error so I can use my program. Running Windows XP Service Pack 2 with IE 7.0.
