You were supposed to submit it when you pruchased the program.

Now you'll have to follow the instructions at http://www.badgehelp.com/lost.html

You'll need to copy and paste your receipt and include your registration code.

did you safe the game? if so bring it up,at the top it says reg.click on that it will open another small window there is where the code is you have to send to badgehelper...they will send you a code...to put in the small window where you reg ### was...
