It's the options section of the auto program.

Open the program and click the options button and disable splash screen.

You can disable them in the options box. I only see them when I upgrade a program

hope that is`nt those purple wings i get them on all agents new and old have turned them off on new updates but there still there and no way to turn off on old  :ooo i think they are drinkin to much red bull over there  :)))
