I dont know the specifics but I do know that during the Vietnam war many young men went to Canada to avoid the draft.

after 9-11 hit many of my friends who were in the army didnt want to go to war for fear of dying. alot of them talked about " moving to canada so i figured i would ask to see what sparks how hard would it be for a american citizen to imigrate to canada now this is presuming they have no criminal record and are done with the military what steps would they need to take and how much money in usd would it cost?
