So far all I know is not yet. As I wanted to do the same thing and so far I don't think we can yet. Which totally stinks.
Sumone told me that if you know the person to just log into there account and purchase them and sign back off. But again that's for people who know each other and trust one another. That's the only way I know of....hopefully in time they will allow us to purchase them as gifts. Funny they havn't yet

Can Gems be given as gifts?  I want to send some to my daughter but I can't find where I can do it as a gift.
