Audioslave was an alternative rock supergroup consisting of the former instrumentalists of Rage Against the Machine: Tom Morello (guitar), Tim Commerford (bass and backvocals), and Brad Wilk (drums). Chris Cornell (former lead vocalist of Soundgarden) was their lead singer.
