there is an X in every column total of 15 X's
top row X's = 40 tokens
next row down X =20
then 10

3
2
1 with W =7 tokens and I = 8 tokens and N = 9 tokens unless u get the WI and N then JP :)
bottom 3 rows have no X's

not necessarily more X's, but they move up to the top few rows instead of the middle, making it harder to win.
