One of those folders has the TSR file in it you need.

here`s a dumb question where is the bh folder i went to search and put in bh and got 2 they have all my agents in there???

If the file doesn't say TSR it isn't the one. When you have the file named TSR email it to badgehelp@aol.com

Homer i don't who that Mama person is but she ain't nothing to do with me or my problem. I think i have found the file you need it is a DAT file but it still didn't prompt me to type a description of my error etc but anyhow i am gonna send it over for you to look at. Can you give me the email address plz?

After completing the TSR it is in your BH folder. It is called TSR and is a .dat file. The TSR file does not get generated until after you have typed your problem into the popup window.

No it's a .dat file named TSR you have not completed the TSR. That is why it is not there. The TSR is not complete until you type in a description of your problem.
