I think it's a great idea, but how well a program runs - whether on hard, medium, etc., has a lot to do with the persons own operating system so it would be tough to label them all the way you suggested. It would be nice if it were do-able though.

I dont think they have an auto that runs "best" on "hard" .... if normal cant getter done.... you may need to give them the specifics of which auto you're havin probs with... and follow the tech guide givin all your computer info so they can help remedy the prob..... Hopefully, not all your autos are givin you probs....
