Use the [.img] [./img] tag (without the .'s) just like in your signature -- except use them in your message. You can even use the Insert Image icon above the smilies (the icon looks like a framed picture) to insert the tags for you and then you only need to put the URL to the picture between them.

You need somewhere, like an online server, to place the picture on, and then link it.
