It means your ISP isn't finding the new file because they don't update their info as much as other ISP's

AOL is notorious for this. Sometimes it takes a day or two for them to update.

Has anyone got any ideas why I cant download Tumble 3.7 will only keep giving me 3.6 have deleted rebooted and still will nly do 3.6  please
