Yup tattoo seems bigger...but then again as people get older a lot do gain weight, as you see the older ones face and arms are fatter (belly too LOL). Now since older one is fatter the skin does stretch which will make that tattoo seems larger.

Very interesting but I watched several times and it appears that his tatoo got bigger when he is older.  Hope somebody else sees that. They were different sizes
