yesterday my sherlock was acting up bad...i just left it there let it dump about 20 puzzles and it straightened itself out and the rest is history...got the badge several times after that...that has to be the best auto ever invented....love it.... ;::    ee2.1.gif

Every once in a while mine will say it can't solve the puzzle. It's a very polite auto.  :)))

Funny though, I don't understand why it will wink out and say it can't solve a puzzle when there is only one piece left to be placed. Doesn't make sense.  :'((

my sherlock is acting up today....dumping a pile of puzzles then finishing one then gets in the dumping fit again.....it must be because it is april fools day...lol......i hope it soon get over it fits.... <..>

My Sherlock 3.8 won't work any more either used to work just great  and thats all I am going to say about that :-X

IE is the recommended browser. Make sure you are using the latest version and your pc is set to the recommended settings

ARGH!

It worked great for a long time and now it identifies all the peices, then croaks saying is can't solve the puzzle.  It's doing this on puzzles it has solved before.  I slow it down, but it does the same thing.  I restart, same message.  Maybe it's Firefox?

I've done the troubleshooting and everything is as it should be.
