go to my computer//c: drive usually that what it is////program files/////then look for a folder for badgehelp////then look for canasta master should be in there/////delete then reboot and re download

Delete the program reboot the pc and download again

I haven't won 1 game out of hundreds.  I think there is some sort of problem.

   Can any help me with canasta master.  When I play family, friends and the robot I lose each and every game with the cheat program.  When the cheat program could make me win it doesn't.  I lose by hundreds.  Am I doing something wrong?  I refresh game all the time, I check to make sure I have the correct setting which I do.  When I tried it out it worked ok,  and  now that I paid for it, I can't win any  games.  Any suggestions.
