Sometimes email responses get deposited in the trash can due to spam filters. Make sure you have your email configured to accept email from that address. ;)

I have the same problem, wrote an email to badgehelp and haven't received and answer. Can anyone tell us what's going on? All through the badgehelp website it says "email us"--I guess it really doesn't say we'll get an answer...

i downloaded canasta helper to try out before i purchased it, it does not load. it says when opened waiting for game to load. and i am already playing a game. my time has expired and i never even used it, i down loaded the trial version again. need help to make sure i can get this to work before i buy it. please if anyone has had this and got it fixed or what i may be doing wrong please let me know.
