After several months of using badgehelp cheats they sudenly dont work. First of all, open up your cheat program. See the box which says "OPTIONS" on the far left side,usually lower right position right beside the Speed slider bar?
Click on the OPTIONS button and turn OFF the Splash Screen option.
My new version of Java 6 doesn't like the Splash Screen too well either, but it took about 30 secs to realize what was causing the screen freeze and disable this ( rather annoying and redundant) feature.
Next thing, sounds to me like you DO have a Java problem. Do you know how to go to your computer Control Panel and reset your Java? If so, no need for me to tell you. If not, post for help and either I or someone smarter than me will help you.
An update to Java 6 might also help your Java performance.. it seems to be a lot more interface friendly with the Autos on my system. :).
