Thats very unusual. Pogo in fact does set a strcit amount of rules. I have seen people joke around with each other and use swares and I think that is stupid.

Have heard all to often the one doing the reporting gets suspended along with the person they reported or even have been suspended while the person they reported wasn't  ;:"
