I went to Turbo 21 and all I got is headlights floating. Like it better without that dumb car. I want to keep just the lights

Been playing turbo 21 off and on for a few days and my car has vanished, it's just a set of headlights floating over a black shadow, really stupid looking in the tunnel but as long as my ranks don't go missing  :!#  :))
