why dont u load down the autos that dont work ...get the new registration code send it with your reciept from buying it to....replacecode@aol.com...it really is not hard  :;'

i had this problem before when i had to re-start my computer. e-mailed them and they sent me my codes.
i saved this e-mail and sent it to them, saying you sent me these codes before, now that i have a new computer these don't work.
don't know what else to do here

The email address you are using must not show up in their records. You need to give them the email addy you used for the purchase.

i have been e-mailing them everyday for a week now. the second week everyother day.
they do respond.
you should see all my e-mails from them.
all say the same thing.
need your e-mail address so i can look it up.
i have sent this 12 times now.
this could go on forever.

Send them another email. Maybe your first email wound up in cyberspace somewhere. They usually respond pretty quickly.
