Just play on easy and hit new game until you find a game with the star (power-ups) close to the bottom.  Pop to get the star first and use the pushpin, then just pop quickly to get as many as you can to finish the game.  You'll get credit for the pushpin whether you win the game or not, as long as you finish it.  If you pop the star and it's a weight just hit new game until you find one. It goes really fast.
