I forget where I saw this, but it was yummy!

1 1/2 lbs. hamburger, browned and drained
1 box instant mashed potatoes (the kind that feeds 4 lol, and I used 4 cheese  <3), prepared as directed
Can of peas, drained
Onion if you like
Salt, pepper
Can of cream of mushroom soup

Mix the hamburger and cream of mushroom soup, and spread evenly in the bottom of an iron skillet (or similar)
Spread the peas over that, or you can use corn or whatever floats your boat lol.
Layer the mashed potatoes over that (its tricky and next time I'm just mixing my peas with the hamburger.  :P)

Place the iron skillet in the oven on 350 for 15 minutes or till warmed thru. I topped with shredded cheddar cheese. It was pretty good execpt I found out if you don't pay attention, it all kind of mixes together after oh a half hour or so lol. But it still tasted great! Just try to keep an eye out, it's supposed to be served out like a pie, not goop. My hubby also said maybe nest time try the sour cream and chives potatoes, so we will see!
