You probably didn't have the latest version. Whenever you have a problem you should always make sure you are using the latest version. That usually fixes most problems.

Delete the program, reboot your pc and redownload from www.badgehelp.com

 :/o\ for some reason I cannot get heartbeeps to work,,,when I bring it up it says it cannot find  it...I am using foxfire, just wonder if I should try internet explorer...or if there is an update
