Download the short keys lite version...it is free... you do not have all the features but it works great.. O0 that is what I use

the easiest one to use imo is called "shortkeys"
i stumbled onto it when they had a free sale way back,easy to use and to make the blue text put  /e before every sentence.
http://www.shortkeys.com/  30 day free trial.

if your using xp i believe it has a built in hotkey setup you can use.
