See if switching to Sun Java helps.

Sorry took me so long yes I have 1.5 still refuses to acknowledge game window no matter if I use IE or Firefox or even aol.  Keeps giving the same messages

This is what is says when I hit the Detect settings
Agent version15
Smooth fonts No
Screen 1024X768
Browser IE MSJVM
Windows XP Service Pack 2

My Hairspray has stopped working since I upgraded and I have done the remove & redo and still I get the message the agent is unable to find game window.  If I click on the troubleshooting or options it says unable to connect so I thought maybe that way why it wasn't working but my internet is working....
Thought you might be able to help.
Thanks for your time and any advice you might give.  By the way I am IE 7  MSJVM and my Firefox Sun java doesn't work with it either...
