nevermind, I figured it out! need to do compatibility mode as if on windows xp and MUST click to run as administrator.

Hey guys,

have any of you installed TPS on Vista? I have it installed and running, but when I try to connect, it asks me to download an upgrade. When I do, it shows the download progress which goes to the end. Then, the whole application closes out. Any suggestions? I've shut down the antivirus, cleared out temp internet and java files, and still no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
