Did that and it still did not load, so I went in and restored my computer to an earlier date, and got it to load.  But - message appeared stating that 2.5 is an expired version, and might not work, did I want to update to 2.6 - clicked yes, sent me to an expired page?  Never the less 2.5 is still running, will go into game and see how it performs.  Thanks for your help Homer.

Did you reboot your pc after deleting the file?

The proper procedure is delete the file reboot your pc and redownload from BH

Have been using Tide Rider with no problem until a few days ago, when it would not load.  Have deleted and tried to reinstall several times with same results.  Any suggestions?
