Sounds like you could be using an old version as well but I can't tell unless you give me the name of the program the version # and what game you are trying to play.

make sure you have the right game open and make sure you are using a good browser like firefox..also check badgehelp for the other settings for the particular game O0

I spent $10 on a badge helper and it cant find the window:-|... what can I do?
