When you purchsed it you were supposed to put the registration code in the message to seller box so a password can be sent to you.

I see that Homer was trying to help you, but he might of had problems  with his connection, very rare he does not finish up a tech. help post.

I think he might of said (in your case) delete your auto go back to badge help main page where you got it and download it again..That is if you paid for it and have the password!

Answer these questions and maybe someone will be able to help you

     1.) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)?
     2.) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)?
     3.) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)?
     4.) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)?
     5.) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked?
     6.) What Java you are using?
     7.) What agent are you using?
     8.) What version number is this agent?
     9.) What specifically is the problem?

This link http://www.pogocheats.net/info.php could help you answer some of those questions.  O0


Also, try disabling the smooth fonts. That may help too  O0
