i have tried them both, whompdown and whackster and I get the same error messages, so I did a little research and went ahead and downloaded firefox browser and tried that and I still get the error of the agent cannot find the game window.. what should I do

Whackster is for Word Whomp Whackdown. Are you trying to use it in Word Whomp?

I am having trouble with my Whackster auto not working, it is version 2.42 and all it does is set there until I press start then it tells me - Can not find game window, please make sure it is fully loaded and visible.  What gives, it worked fine before this week.
