No, they use the reports to see if something needs to be tweaked. Keep your eye on the BH website for future updates

Delete the program, reboot your pc and redownload from www.badgehelp.com

Can anyone help me with the mahjong garden cheat? Mine has stopped working. I reinstalled all my settings are correct and it's the lastest version. I haven't been able to get badge help to respond. It keeps telling me agent is unable to find the game window.
