I have it as well. It's a complete book badge. They come randomly when you finish an M&M album

I saw 2 people with the "Pogo Cafe Secret Mix & Match Badge" and they wouldn't tell me how they got it, just that there were a few of them.
I checked my badge album and I didn't see any secret mix and match badges. Anyone know anything about them??
