No, you will need to get a new password if you get a new computer or format your hard drive.

Wow, thanks, that works. Now all I have to do is wait for the password :D

Also, 1 last question, and I'll stop pestering you :P I'm getting a new computer this weekend, would it work on my new computer if I just enter the same registration code and password? Thanks

Are you logged in to windows as administrator?

If not, you may want to try that and run the setup program again.

But then as soon as I close the program, the registration code will reset again, and I'll need a new password, because the setup won't create a shortcut. I have to open the setup each time, the one that says don't open this again, just go to start, all programs, badgehelp. But I don't have that folder  :!#

Just send an email to replacecode@aol.com and they will supply you with a new password.

Ok, sorry, I've figured out the problem. I had no registered credit card on my paypal account, so it had to the the money from my bank, which takes 5 days to process.

But now, another problem  >:((
I bought AlohaBingo (with credit card this time), and I got the password and everything, and it all worked fine. But then, a few hours later, I closed the program, and when I turned it back on, it says continued use of this product is not free, meaning I have to register, but I already did. I think it's because I opened the installer version of it, rather than the shortcut, but it says it's in Start, all programs, badger....bla bla bla. I can't find it, there's no desktop icon, and I did a search and can't find the shortcut.

I tried entering the password again, but the registration code changed, so it doesn't work.

Can someone help me? :OO

just another tip when you buy a helper after you pay for it
it says you will be directed to another page and at that page it says the
name of the helper and their is a box to enter code then about 2 min or less you
will get email from jp with the  password

thank you

You should have put the code in the message to seller box. Copy and paste your receipt and code and send it to replacecode@aol.com

Wait, but I did put the code in the message box.

I already payed my $10, and I emailed them with the registration code, but I havn't heard back from them yet. I thought I might have sent it to the wrong email. I sent it to badgehelp@aol.com. Is that the one i'm supposed to be sending the code to?
