That I knew already, which I was ok with.  But I had Madjong running for a few hours today and then all of a sudden, nothing would load, so I reinstalled them and they were back to trial periods.

It's all ok good though, the guys at BH were quick to give me a page reset.

I don't understand how people seem to have problems with contacting them.  I've never had a problem with getting in touch with them and I've always had a positive response within 24 hours.

Yep, same here. They are really good at responding quickly(JP is awesome). I've never even had to wait 24 hrs. I think the ones who complain want their codes NOW. Also BH is on Pacific time so people need to keep that in mind too.

Anytime you reinstall the OS you will require new passwords

I recently had a system crash that required a reinstallation of XP.

Could the SP2 update have caused this?

nm... I think the installation of my Bluetooth adapter caused something to change in my system.  That's the only change to my system that's occurred today and they were working about 6 hours ago.

Can't think of anything else to have caused this.

Something on your pc changed to cause them to unregister.

Installed and successfully ran both Madjong and Sushi for a good bit of the last few days.

Somehow today none of my BH programs are running and are requiring re-installation, and re-registration with new codes now appearing.

Any idea why this would be happing?
