well i tried that and still stuck on splash screen same thing as if the version was out of date but it cant be now! any idear when next version is released and will try again? else i guess i just lave it and give up for now. short on flattening the whole pc and starting again (@not worth it for one little program!) im all out of idears and seems like everyone else is aswell *sigh*

Here is what you need to do exactly:

Delete any program you have, reboot your computer and download from http://badgehelp.com the new version. It should say version 4.1

Select yes for the shortcut then see if it works. You can always delete the shortcut.

nope didnt work...now iv done the new install after a reboot having deleted it and iv got as far as the splash screen and would you like a desktop icon i pressed no cause i really cant be doing with all them icons and its stuc on splash screen....guess i should give up?

ok tried it with moz and ie still stuck on splashscreen tried removeing it and reinstalling it again still stuck on splash screen...its almost like the version is out of date you know? when they put out a new release i find often its stuck at splash screen untill i update but as far as i know from attempting to reinstall it 3 times now its the corect version.

running out of options and cause i cant get past splash screen i cant make one of them recod jobbies to submit

Delete the program reboot your pc then redownload again from www.badgehelp.com

hi blackjack the best thing to do if your helper is not working frist try helper in diffrent brouser exp msn,aol,firefox,internet explorer then if still not working delete copy you have and re-install the helper either 1 should work

ok its not working...it just gets stuck on splash screen so figured my version was out of date so deleted re downloaded it and same thing...is there a newer version comeing or is it just me that is broken somehow?
